NEW CUSTOM HOME BUILDING PLAN

The following questionnaire assists David Bauer Custom Homes, Inc with gathering enough information so as to provide you with a realistic cost analysis and budget for your home. This is a starting point to help you think through a process in which some real determinations can be made on where you want your home, and what you want your home to look like, inside and outside. The information you provide is information only to assist us in guiding you to the right design and budget. There is no obligation by filling out this information that it is binding to a purchase agreement. In the following selections, please feel free to find pictures on the internet through various sites such as Houzz (or other magazines that perhaps you have seen) and email them to me PRIOR to the initial meeting. This will greatly assist everyone in understanding the type of home you are trying to achieve. We have found it is easy for you to set up a Pinterest board and store all of the pictures you find on that board. The more complete this form is the more accurate our cost projection and plan design will be in the initial planning and design phases.
