Hello! I am David Bauer, the owner & president of David Bauer Custom Homes, Inc. I have been working in the construction business since I was a boy. I started out as a laborer for my father and 8 older brothers. I went on to add specialized schooling to my on-the-job training as I got older. Over the last few decades I have assembled an extensive team, including prequalified vendors & the highest quality subcontractors.
When you choose David Bauer Custom Homes, Inc. you work with me, David Bauer. I give each project my personal attention. Client relationships & communication are paramount to me. I work with the homeowner in the design process & then serve as General Contractor to ensure that each homeowner's vision is translated properly. I truly enjoy working with homeowners to develop a design that is personal & unique.
