Hi! I am Caleb. As Dave designs your home, I will be converting your house plans into an electronic format. I will be transferring Dave's design into a 3D computerized model. Creating construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, CAD details and code specifications as you can see on the
I will also be ensuring that your finishes will meet DBCH, Inc.'s high standards for quality. I want to ensure that your project gets finished in a timely manner without sacrificing the quality of your finishes, so you can move in and start to enjoy your home.
I will be your trim carpenter as well. Installing your cabinets, vanities, doors, baseboard, casing, fixtures and custom finishes, as we prepare your home for move in and obtain your certificate of occupancy.
Hello! I am David Bauer the owner, president & residential designer of David Bauer Custom Homes, Inc. When you choose to have DBCH, Inc. build your home you are hiring me, David Bauer. You will be working with me personally throughout your home's design and building journey. This will include my working with you to design your home, helping to acquire your construction loan, applying for and securing permits for your home, personally overseeing all inspections and walk-throughs for code compliance & to ensure that quality and value are always paramount and put into practical application on your home. I also personally handle all accounts and payables to confirm accuracy in your billing for the entire duration of your project.
I work hard to establish and maintain good communication with all of my clients from beginning to end of each project. Client relationships & communication are of utmost importance to me and I truly enjoy working with homeowners to build their future home.
Over the last few decades I have assembled a great in-house team as well as an extended team of high quality sub-contractors and vendors.

Hi! I'm Debby. I am your 3D designer-selections and décor coordinator. I will work with you in the pre-construction design and selections phase of your project, inputting all of your selections into a 3D computer model of your home. This will allow you to virtually walk through your home and see how it will change with your selections. I will also assist you with making all of the difficult décor and design decisions associated with your custom home building project. I know this is a busy time for you and I want to help make this aspect as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
